Things I Love Generally!
大理寺少卿游 | White Cat Legend (Live Action TV)

What I love about this & some possible prompt-y thoughts (CONTAINS SPOILERS FOR THE WHOLE SHOW):
* Look: I love this psycho ginger kitty. He is SO NUTS! …but you kind of get it, once you get his whole backstory? I mean, he’s terrible! But also: Hilarious! Chew ALLLL the scenery! …but also, aw, you just needed one (1) friend, huh?
* He is SO WEIRD about Qiu Qingzhi, would love to know more about that, or unpack their adventures getting back to the city. Ship-fic would be so valid here.
* Look, post-canon he would need to be, like… debriefed, or something, right? And that would totally wind up being Cui Bei’s job, right?
* Chen Shi is The Goodest Boy, and so he would one MILLION percent feed this feral cat they’ve adopted, right? He might also have questions about all the everything.
The Bone Key - Sarah Monette
Kyle Murchison Booth, John Pelham Ratcliffe
What I love about this & some possible prompt-y thoughts:
* The atmosphere & general vibe! The creeping dread! The genteel horror! The psychological wretchedness! I like that the horror of these stories is the sort that creeps up on you, a little, and yet is deeply, deeply horrifying mentally in a way that sticks with you.
* How Booth is in fact quite competent even though he doesn't see himself that way. And that he tries to do the right thing, even if he is deeply uncomfortable and/or terrified of doing so.
* Also that Booth is so dreadfully empathic. Poor guy!
* How Ratcliffe is open-minded about the supernatural, but in a way that makes sense for his pragmatic character--people he trusts have had experiences that he believes. That he is a solution-focused, action-oriented guy. That he's self-aware!
* It could be cool to get a Ratcliffe POV on the events of Drowning Palmer, or maybe remix/return to the setting of The Wall of Clouds but add Ratcliffe? Or new casefic! Maybe Ratcliffe's painter friend or his friend who dreams of Troy needs Booth's help?

What I love about this & some possible prompt-y thoughts (CONTAINS SPOILERS FOR THE WHOLE SHOW):
* This was such a fun and warm show AND it was so interestingly plotty and tragic in it’s way too.
* My favorite character is often the funny rogueish one ESPECIALLY when they are highly competent or dangerous so obviously I love Kim Shi-yeol.
* Where does he go and what happens when he goes on walkabout?
* When he comes back, how do he and Hong-joo navigate their relationship? How do they make it work, and keep making it work?
* PTSD: He has it. How do he and the people around him work with it?
* OK so hear me out: Shi-yeol one MILLION percent deserves his peaceful retirement but. Yu-ha doesn’t have a Watchman. Who is looking out for Yu-ha who is a) in a pretty vulnerable and lonely position and b) has a tendency towards self-sacrifice and would probably be kind of twitchy about people taking care of him? Does Shi-yeol have professional opinions about this?

What I love about this & some possible prompt-y thoughts:
* Look, I am a feral baby Stay thanks to the Kpop Demon Hunters pipeline and I am excited to ask for this because, your honor, I love them! I am totally fine with RPF but this is… uh obviously an AU, lol. But feel free to bring in any other SKZ references if the spirit moves you.
* The atmosphere & general vibe! Is it post-apocalyptic or just like… regular abandoned industrial? The way they are being both very wild/animalistic but also very boys causing a ruckus.
* Do you like worldbuilding? GO NUTS! There’s so many little odd details—the goldfish, why does the chain float, who is in that truck, what’s up with the footprints/ambiguous transformation stuff.
* Their relationship! Could be platonic, could be some kind of strangers to something, could be romantic, could be sexy… I just think about that desperate handclasp at the end (and in the choreo) A Lot, ok.
